Shipping and Returns - Haru Creative

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders either through USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. Once your order has been placed, your package will be shipped out no later than 1 business day and we will provide you with a tracking number. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

For international orders, we offer shipping worldwide at various prices depending on your location. For this service, we use USPS International shipping, and you may be required to pay an extra import or duty when you pick up the item or when it is delivered to you. Please check with your local authorities to determine the amount of taxes or duties if applicable.

 

Haru Creative wants to ensure that our customers are happy, and if you are not 100% satisfied, every order has a 15 day no questions asked return policy. All Haru Creative products come with a standard 60 day warranty. In the unlikely event of a product failure, we will gladly send you a replacement or get you your money back. Physical damage or improper installations are not covered under the warranty. Original sales receipt must be included with the return/replacement. 

  • All products must be returned within 15 days of receipt
  • All products must be in the original packaging and condition
  • All products must have a valid RMA number provided to you by our customer service department. If you would like to request an RMA number, please email support@harucreative.com, and be sure to include your order number

For customer who have purchased our extended warranty, we will simply replace your unit with a brand new unit if the request is made within the extended warranty period.
